Library Place was developed in two phases. The first phase includes loft studio, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom brownstones. The second phaseincludes an even broader range of floor plans to match every style of living.

Deposits and Fees:

Application Fee: $40 per applicant (for credit check)
Security Deposit - $250 refundable
Holding Fee: $250 non-refundable*
Garage Parking - $60 per permit

*The holding fee is paid when you apply and holds your apartment. If you're accepted but choose not to rent, the fee is non-refundable. The fee is refundable if application is canceled before screening is completed or if your application is denied.

Parking:

With 227 garage parking stalls, you’ll never be at a loss for a parking spot. Parking is $60 per month per vehicle. Electric cars can be accommodated too!
